When is a bottle of wine ready to drink?

PeterWhieldon Q&A'sQuick answers at PeterWhieldon.co.uk

Good question!¬†Usually, most wines are made to drink when they are released. In terms of fine wines, or ‘ageable’ wines, peak readiness may vary. Every wine is different and there are many variables to consider including storage conditions and personal taste.

You should open a bottle of special wine when the moment seems right!
